We offer shipping options via UPS for domestic orders, and USPS for international orders - these options and their rates are listed during the checkout process. Items typically ship within 2-3 days from the date on which the order was placed. International buyers are responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes incurred in the course of shipment. Although we make every effort to pack items securely, Felt-Up is not responsible for items damaged or lost by third-party shipping companies; Please purchase insurance if you feel it to be necessary. We reserve the right to alter shipping charges as circumstances warrant and to delay shipment in order to verify payment details.

Returns:

Return claims must be filed within 30 days of the original invoice date. To file a claim, email customerservice@felt-up.com. In some cases, returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Felt-Up is not responsible for items damaged in transit or through improper use.
